I have always been drawn to small organisms that seem insignificant at first glance, but turn out to be complex and interesting when viewed up close. I am a Biologist, with a Master's and Doctorate in Entomology, I currently work as a professor and researcher at the University of Azuay in Cuenca-Ecuador, here I direct several projects on systematics, evolution and biogeography of insects in the neotropics.
